Watch the whole thing. It rambles and makes little sense. She says several times that she's explained her reasons but except for complaining about the cartoon of her and radio talk show host Eddie Burke, the "full court press" of the national media and the current political climate she gave no real concrete reasons. And she misquotes Gen. MacArthur and the end to boot.
Speculation already abounds as to upcoming criminal charges and the possibility that Palin's beginning her 2012 campaign a mite early. Whatever happens, it will be entertaining to watch.
